Forgot my playstaion network password?

i forgot my psn password i can still log on cuz of auto sign in and remember pass but i need to log onto it on my friends ps3 and play with my acc after psn came back after the hacked i changed it and now i forgot it i tryed many different things and all but right now on login on the website forgot password is under maintenance so that wont work
