Please read and help me!?

i smoked the mad hatter insence and i felt ok at first but kept smoking and i started to feel horrible! tingling and my heart felt like it was gonna give out on me, im completly heathy and i just couldnt move and i started jerking, i still feel like crap after i went to sleep anyone know whats wrong with me ? PLEASE PLEASE help! thanks
