AEREWARDS$ HELP PLEASEE!!!!!!!!!!!?

last year i had an account on aerewards but i forgot my email so i made a new one. but i've been using my OLD CARD unknowingly, and all my points are there now!! what can i do to redeem my points? D: or my acc? i don't remember the email.. help please!! and thanks :D
