Hi Guys. I want some suggestions for Best Gaming PC configuration as of Now (June 2011) within 40000 Budget?

Also tell me if now is the correct time to buy or should i wait for another 2 or 3months are there any good hardware config's like graphic acc cards etc. releasing shortly ?? Please help me buy :)
