I can't untag from a picture of me on facebook?

There's a picture and this guy uploads pics of people on his acc and gets people to be rude etc , and I was picked for defending , he put my name , I blocked it and turned the tagged settings private on my fb acc but u can still see my name in the description and there is NO remove tag , only when I deactivate FB there's no link just plain text , he won't remove pic nufin in my power
