I need all The Help I Can Get !?

Okay i was in a rush so i decided to do a dry shave! I Didnt wet my legs or put shaving cream on I just wet the razor! i did one leg and it is itchy , red and all bumpy and spotty! it stings like hell like i have loads of little cuts. Please any help on how to make it stop! please no hatter comments! Thank you (:
