Is it ok to wear Cowboy hats in Georgia?

So I went to Texas and bought a Master Hatters of Texas 20x straw cowboy hat. I live in Georgia so I was wondering if it would be generally acceptable to wear in public. Its not some crazy hat or anything, it's just a traditional straw hat with a brown band with Alamo stars on it. Opinions?
