Need help with OS system drive..!?

Hi there, in my PC currently have 2 OS 1 is winXP and the other is Win7. My winXP have no net, i can't copy and paste, can't access user acc nothing is working basicly. Is there a way to fix that or re-install it without messing with my Win7? I still have the OS disc that come with my pc when i bought it.
