How can this happpen?? i miss that game so i tried to get back to it?

is it true in 9dragons -gamersfirst- when you dont play that game in a long time ur char get deleted?? cuz i didnt play mines in a year and a half and now i cant log in or anything and my other acc i did the same thing and the char was deleted
