What is The Best Company For Home Cinema Systems?

Hello. I am thinking of getting a home cinema system for my room for my XBOX 360. (I would actually prefer a surround sound speaker system without the receiver - if anyone knows how to set it up via a optical cable or something then that would be good) but what is the best company for a BUDGET home cinema system (up to around �100), or just home cinema systems in general?
